For Your information

• All dogs have an indoor and outdoor kennel run. All cats have a two level condo.
    
• All regular kennels have beds; all pets are fed a premium food.
    
• Required vaccinations are rabies, distemper / parvovirus, and bordatella (kennel cough), for which we recommend nasal administration every six months. All cats must be negative for feline leukemia. All male cats must be neutered.
    
• A valid credit card number is required to hold all reservations. Payment in full is required upon arrival. No exceptions please.
    
• Holiday / vacation times include all school vacations, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas week, Easter and Memorial Day weekends, and June 15 - September 15. 
   
• Cancellations 2 days (4 days for Holidays / Vacations) in advance will be charged 1 day; less than 2 day / 4 day notice will result in a minimum stay charge.
     
• Playtime / exercise, own food, medication administration, transportation, as well as vet visits, and all telephone calls / faxes to the vet are charged as extras.
    

1st Playtime Free Additional Playtimes - $6.00 - 15 minutes.

Own food - $4.00 per day.

Medication charges vary by type and number of administrations.  Minimum Charge - $6.00

Vet phone calls and faxes - $ 8.00 per occurrence.

Vet Trips - $75.00 plus $50.00 per hour waiting time. Add $100.00 for after business hours.
